Is PitchVertex a fundraising pitch-deck service, a course, or do you guarantee wins?
No on all three counts. PitchVertex is a Singapore marketing agency focused on commercial brand strategy, go-to-market launches, paid media, and pitch creative for new-business development — not investor fundraising decks. We do not sell courses, training programmes, or certification products. We do not guarantee campaign wins, specific lead volumes, search rankings, or returns on investment. Outcomes depend on market conditions, budget, client execution, and factors outside our control. Our role is to bring structured strategy, campaign planning, creative production, and analytics — with honest ROI framing based on agreed KPIs.
What happens during a pitch session?
A pitch session is a structured working meeting, not a sales presentation. We review your current positioning, launch timeline, channel assumptions, and existing assets. You receive three documented recommendations covering narrative gaps, campaign planning priorities, and analytics you should have live before spend scales. Sessions run ninety minutes at our Keck Seng Tower studio or via video. There is no obligation to proceed afterward.
How do project fees and retainers differ?
Projects have defined scope, deliverables, and end dates — typical for repositioning sprints, launch campaigns, or pitch system builds. Retainers provide ongoing access to strategists and channel specialists for paid media management, content marketing, and monthly reporting. Many clients begin with a project, then transition to retainer once channels are live. Indicative pricing is listed on our Services page; final quotes follow the pitch session once KPIs and timelines are confirmed.
Do you work with clients outside Singapore?
Yes. While we are based in Tanjong Pagar at 133 Cecil Street, we regularly support APAC rollouts for teams in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Australia, and other markets. Campaign planning accounts for time zones, language variants, and platform nuances. In-person workshops are recommended for major launch milestones; ongoing collaboration can be fully remote.
Which channels do you manage under paid media?
We structure and manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max where appropriate), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn for B2B pipeline goals, and TikTok for awareness and consideration campaigns. Media spend is billed separately from management fees. All tracking is validated before campaigns go live, and conversion optimisation recommendations are included in retainer reporting.
Can you work with our existing agency or in-house team?
Often. PitchVertex frequently leads brand strategy and narrative architecture while partner agencies execute specific channels, or we embed alongside in-house marketers during a launch window. We require a single accountable narrative owner to avoid conflicting messages across touchpoints. Scope and interfaces are documented in the engagement letter.
How do you handle data and PDPA compliance?
We collect personal data only for stated purposes — responding to enquiries, delivering contracted services, and reporting where applicable. Contact form submissions require explicit PDPA consent. Our Privacy Policy describes retention periods, your rights, and how to reach our privacy contact at [email protected]. Cookie preferences are stored for six months and can be updated anytime.
What should we prepare before the first meeting?
Bring whatever exists: brand guidelines, draft decks, media plans, analytics screenshots, or nothing at all. Useful context includes launch dates, budget range, target audiences, competitive set, and internal stakeholders who must approve the narrative. The more candid you are about constraints, the more practical our recommendations will be.
