Cookies
Cookie Policy
Effective and last updated: 3 July 2026 (2026-07-03). This policy explains how PitchVertex Pte. Ltd. uses cookies and similar technologies on pitchvertex.pro.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help sites remember preferences, maintain security, and — with consent — understand how visitors navigate pages. Similar technologies include local storage entries and pixel tags used for analytics or marketing measurement.
PitchVertex uses cookies in line with Singapore PDPA requirements and the consent framework displayed in our site banner. Non-essential cookies are not placed until you choose Accept all, select categories via Customise, or otherwise provide consent.
2. Who operates this site
pitchvertex.pro is operated by PitchVertex Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202531874E), 133 Cecil Street, #18-01 Keck Seng Tower, Singapore 069535. Cookie-related enquiries: [email protected].
3. How we use cookies
We group cookies into three categories:
Essential cookies
Essential cookies are required for pitchvertex.pro to function. They include the pv_cookie_consent cookie that stores your banner choice (accept all, reject all, or customised preferences). Essential cookies cannot be disabled through our banner because the site would not remember your consent decision. These cookies do not track you across other websites for advertising purposes.
Analytics cookies
When you consent to analytics cookies, we may deploy tools such as Google Analytics or comparable services to collect aggregated information about page views, session duration, referral sources, and navigation paths. This helps us improve content structure, identify popular service pages, and fix usability issues. Analytics data is typically processed in pseudonymous form and reviewed at aggregate level rather than to profile individual visitors for unrelated purposes.
Marketing cookies
When you consent to marketing cookies, we may use pixels or tags associated with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn to measure whether outreach campaigns led to site visits and enquiry form submissions. These cookies may record that you visited pitchvertex.pro after interacting with an advertisement. We do not use marketing cookies to sell personal data to third parties.
4. Cookie banner and storage duration
On your first visit, a banner at the bottom of the screen offers three options:
- Accept all — enables essential, analytics, and marketing cookies.
- Reject all — enables essential cookies only; analytics and marketing cookies are not placed.
- Customise — opens a panel where you toggle analytics and marketing categories independently before saving.
Your selection is stored in the pv_cookie_consent cookie for six months (180 days). After expiry, the banner reappears so you may review or change preferences. You may also clear cookies through browser settings at any time, which resets the banner on your next visit.
5. Detailed cookie list
The following table describes cookies commonly used on pitchvertex.pro. Actual cookies may vary if we update tools; material changes will be reflected in an updated policy date.
- pv_cookie_consent — Essential — Stores JSON consent object — 180 days — First party
- _ga / _ga_* — Analytics (if accepted) — Google Analytics visitor distinction — up to 24 months — Google
- _gid — Analytics (if accepted) — Google Analytics session distinction — 24 hours — Google
- _fbp — Marketing (if accepted) — Meta pixel browser identifier — 90 days — Meta
- li_sugr / AnalyticsSyncHistory — Marketing (if accepted) — LinkedIn insight tags — varies — LinkedIn
6. Third-party cookies
Analytics and marketing cookies may be set by third-party providers when their scripts load after consent. Those providers process data under their own privacy policies. We select vendors with reasonable security practices but do not control their internal processing. Links to major provider policies are available on request via [email protected].
7. Managing cookies outside our banner
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through settings. Blocking all cookies may prevent the consent banner from remembering your choice and could affect form functionality. Consult your browser help documentation for instructions — common browsers include Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
Industry opt-out tools for interest-based advertising may also be available depending on your region and browser. Rejecting marketing cookies through our banner is the primary method we provide on pitchvertex.pro.
8. Relationship to Privacy Policy
Personal data collected through cookies is handled according to our Privacy Policy, including retention, security, cross-border transfers, and your PDPA access and correction rights. Cookie consent records may be retained to demonstrate compliance.
9. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove technologies, change providers, or respond to legal developments. The last updated date at the top of this page indicates the current version. Continued use after updates constitutes acknowledgement where permitted by law.
